From raw-material cleaning to HPLC-verified batches, every Insen Biotech order moves through a fully equipped extraction line at our facility in Liuyang, Hunan Province. Below is the core equipment we rely on to keep quality consistent from pilot batches to ton-scale supply.
Extraction is the first step in producing botanical extracts. After raw materials are cleaned and crushed, they are loaded directly into our stainless steel extraction tanks for water or solvent extraction under controlled temperature and time.
Reactors form the second link in extract production. Dedicated reactors support alcohol-extraction routes, which we use for actives that need stronger solvent systems and tighter purity control.
After extraction, the liquid is fed into our concentration equipment group to remove solvent and water, standardizing the extract content before drying and milling.
High-content extracts — such as 5-HTP and yohimbine 98% — are refined with our centrifuge line. Production parameters can be adjusted to meet specific customer requirements, so tell us your target specification and we will confirm feasibility.
Quality inspection is strict at Insen Biotech: every batch of goods is tested on our HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) instruments before release, and we provide this testing service to customers as well. A batch-specific COA accompanies every shipment.
