Our sourcing team works directly with raw-material partners across China to secure traceable botanical materials, and follows every batch through extraction, concentration, drying and milling at our own production line.
QC specialists test every batch on HPLC before release. If a batch does not meet the agreed specification, it does not ship — and we tell you honestly what we found.
We regularly exhibit at ingredient trade fairs at home and abroad and visit customers in their own markets. Many of the long-term partnerships we hold today started with a conversation at an exhibition booth.
